Volleyball Camp Gr. 3-4

The camp is for incoming 3rd and 4th graders.  Camp fee is $50, cash or money order (made payable to Haley Ashley).  This fee includes a t-shirt if turned in by June 1.  PLEASE, NO CHECKS.  Forms can be picked up and returned at Junior High or High School
